Hello Sellers! Do you know the little trick to figuring out what stays and what goes with the sale of your home? Imagine the property is a dollhouse that you've turned upsidedown. Everything that falls out will go with the Seller. All the things that remain attached are essentially sold with the house. SO, that gorgeous chandlier is staying with the house unless you post a sign during your showing saying otherwise. HOWEVER, it seems to be the case that as soon as you tell someone they can't have something, they in turn decide that it's their favorite thing about the home! I suggest you switch out such things prior to coming on the market. Even if it's with a lesser fixture, it can be a better choice ultimately!
